President’s Report:
- Worked on printing and mailing
the MASNA newsletter.
- Ordered and received plaques
for the website awards and the MASNA award.
- Had discussions with speakers
and vendors regarding issues associated with MACNA 16.
- Has been working with officers
of WAMAS regarding MACNA 17 and was involved in a couple of conference
calls regarding the conference.

2. Welcomed the new
members; processed and thanked renewals. Two new clubs joined; 9 renewed so
far.
3. Created the one page
flyer to be stuffed into each attendee packet – includes MASNA’s purpose,
annual meeting info, raffle info and tear off section to join MASNA.
4. Worked on MASNA booth
preparation: raffle tickets, big clear plastic jar, 2’x 6’ vinyl banner, two
Mylar balloons (palm tree, colorful fish), s-hooks to hang banner purchased.
Two pictures of Treasure Cay blown up to 11”x 17” for booth, standing raffle
sign. Have pens, membership forms, and membership list for the booth.
