Worked with Kim re: letter to all pre-registered for M13
Finished discussion of Dennis’ contract – withdrawn
Appointed Dennis as M13 coordinator
Assisted in starting 2 new clubs
Assisted DFWMAS in preparing bid for M14
Talked with Brad ward re: Fundraising
Vice-president – Dennis Gallagher Revised speaker contract
Worked with Baltimore Aquarium on freebies, free admission etc Secretary – Cindy Jones Sent letter to inmate who requested info with club names and our legal address Treasurer – Dave Adkins Sent report to BOD

total clubs – 14 Old business Dennis’ contract – rejected by BOD and withdrawn by Dennis after much discussion by email Reefs.org giving free advertising and sponsorship in exchange for 4 discounted tickets Made several requests for return of corporate seal – no reply AMDA sponsorship – tabled John Dawe – Connie to provide 200 brochures to distribute at their conference and for WMC Re-incorporation papers not back yet New Business Dennis appointed as M13 coordinator M13 status – tabled Connie Hannon nominated as VP of Public Relations – Carried Brad Ward for Fundraising – tabled Open Discussion MACNA now short 2 speakers for general sessions Who to get for concurrent sessions Plans if Dallas backs out for M14, Nancy to contact all member clubs if no response by 03/01 There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 10:40
